New Makeup Train Case

26 Sep

Now that I’m making a few extra bucks with my makeup artistry, I decided it was time to invest in a rolling train case.  I’ve wanted one for ages and now my dream has finally come true (I dream big, people).  I did a lot of research, basically my requirements were: 1. that it’s pink (because clearly, that matters), 2. that it’s not a piece of crap, and 3. that it’s under $200.  I managed to find all of those things, holler!

I found this one on Amazon, but the exact same one is on Yazmo.  It was cheaper to purchase it from Amazon at the time.

My thoughts
I’m very satisfied with it, it’s everything that I wanted.  The pink is a lot brighter in person, it looks like a pale pink on Amazon but it’s definitely a hot pink.  It’s very sturdy and the clasps don’t feel flimsy.  The top compartment securely fastens onto the bottom, it doesn’t wiggle around at all.  You can customize all of the compartments with the provided dividers, so you can divide it up however you please.  There is also the option to lock it (the top and the sides).  It’s big enough to hold all of my makeup kit without feeling like it’s a mess.

28.5in tall

extended handle 35in tall

9.5in x 13.5in

For additional pics,

I’ve been so excited about this thing, you would’ve thought someone just bought me a Mercedes.  To be quite honest, this is way more exiting than a new car to me.  Laugh if you please.

Loving the hot pink! I was tempted to purchase one of those myself but I thought that it might be a little heavy to tote around even with the wheels. Let me know how it works out for you when you go to jobs! :)

The case itself isn’t heavy, but it is really heavy once you put all of your stuff in it (especially since I have a whole other Caboodle in there). My 5’1″ 110 lbs self can struggles to get it lifted into my truck, but I can still do it.

I got a bit shocked as I read the price as $15, not $150 and thoughts wow, bargain!

    Very cool!
