You need a foot massager in your life. STAT.

I realize this isn’t the typical “beauty” product that I usually blog about, but I am so in love with this thing that I wanted to share.  I look forward to coming home to this and a glass of wine every night, it’s an instant stress reliever.  I love my high heels, but they certainly take a toll on my feet.

It’s simple to use!  Just fill with warm water, plug it in, and turn it on.  There are two options, a vibration/massage and the water jets.  You can do one or the other, or both at the same time.  You can use the center node to massage the arches of your feet.  Best part?  It keeps the water warm!  There’s a blue LED light at the bottom.  I thought it was silly at first, but it really does add to the relaxing experience.

Please ignore the bed pan resemblance.

Where: Bed Bath and Beyond, Wal-Mart, Macy’s or here online. Price: $49.99-$69.99.

My recipe for relaxation

I use about 1/3 cup of epsom salt to help sooth my joints and muscles.  I use the Ocean Salt for a good abrasive scrub and follow with the foot mask (optional).  Then I finish up with the Fair Trade Foot Lotion.  I usually let mine soak for about 30 minutes, but you can let them sit there for as long as you want!

What are some of your favorite ways to relax after a long day?

Drink water. Wear SPF.
