I can’t believe that it’s the 30TH EDITION of FSF!  That’s amazing!  I remember typing up my first edition, thinking, is anyone really going to read this?  Turns out, they are some of my most popular posts.  There’s really nothing to it, who doesn’t like to take a minute to scroll through and look and some pretty shoes?

This blog has turned into more that I could have ever imagined.  Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped me make this a reality.  And most of all, thank you to all of my readers!

I’m a girl on a budget, the majority of my wardrobe is from Forever 21 and I only shop Dillards clearance for shoes.  I love a good deal, but sometimes it’s nice to just pretend that I could spend 2 grand on a pair of shoes.  At this point in my life, if I actually did that, I would also have to move in to those shoes.  And then end of selling them to pay off my student loans.  *sigh* oh well, a girl can dream.  In today’s edition of FSF, ever shoe is over $1000.  Enjoy!

Fancy Shoe Friday, Vol. 27

It is officially winter here in the Midwest!  If you live in this area at all, you are well aware of the snowpocalypse that occurred yesterday.  We had 6-10″ in Kansas City and it accumulated within a few hours.  It was absolutely insane!  I still went into work at 8am, and as soon as we got there we decided to close (obvi no one was going to be shopping).  While we were there, the Governor declared a state of emergency in Missouri.  At this point I’m trying not to freak out.  The drive home was TERRIFYING!  OMG!  My usual 15 minute drive took just under 2 hours.  Highways closed, cars stuck everywhere, I could barely see the road in front of me.  On top of that, my windshield wipers kept freezing so I had to stop in the middle of the highway to clean them off.  However, I’m proud of myself and my little Cavalier, we made it!  I wanted to kiss the floor when I got home!

So, with the occurrence of this winter storm, I decided to dedicate this edition of FSF to winter white snow!

UGH, I DON’T KNOW!  I love both so so so SO so SO SO SO much.  I guess if I had to choose.  HAD to choose… I’d say…. shoes.  While I don’t love a bare face, I could live with it.  I need my heels, I’m not “me” without them.  My bunions agree.

Fancy Shoe Friday, Vol. 24

It’s Friday!  This week went by faster than last week.  I kept pretty busy at school (I’m currently studying esthetics) and have adjusted to being a full-time student (I was part-time up until last week).  I’ve been a little blog lazy, but that didn’t stop me from staying up late to make this special PINK edition of FSF!  It’s in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Annnnd it’s also my favorite color.  Enjoy!

Fancy Shoe Friday, Vol. 23

What a week it’s been.  Things have been happening for me, and fast!  I left my full time job this past June to pursue a career in beauty (I’m also in esthetics school).  I’ve been getting work here and there, and I’m starting a new job next week!  I’m keeping my mouth shut as to where it is, but I will say… it has makeup.  LOTS OF IT.  Want to guess where is?  Guess away, I’m still not telling ;)
